Cacao Beans - dried

Dried Cacao beans, fermented. Not roasted yet. You can try your own little roast on a baking sheet in your oven. Roast them low temperature for a few minutes and turn them. Your whole house will smell like chocolate. When the beans are roasted and the skin pops you can peel the husk off and eat them as a snack or try out some chocolate recipes :)
